Brief Answer: Provide pictures Detailed Answer: Hi Your doctor has prescribed you antibiotic ointments to be applied. Going by the description alone, I suspect that you develop recurrent episodes of either candidiasis or herpes infection. I would be able to help you more in finding a permanent solution to your problem if I have a look at the exact skin lesions that develop in your case. I would advise you to click some close up pictures of the skin rash and upload them along with the question. In case you do not have any skin lesions at present, then you can follow up whenever you develop the lesions. It would be very difficult to reach an exact diagnosis without seeing the skin condition. As far as your other problem is concerned, using a lubricant like coconut oil will help you. In some people, the secretions tend to decrease with age. Dr Geetika Paul
