What Causes Recurrent Dislocation Of Shoulder?

Question: Met in a bike accident 4 yrs ago and fell from my bike and dislocated my shoulder was not aware and went to office. By End of day had severe pain in my shoulder and on my way home visited a govt. hospital and they set my shoulder back in position after an hour long battle..

Am a sports man and play sports like TT and Basket ball and football, but recently have started to get dislocated while playing TT or even playing with my kids at home..

Kindly suggest my way forward... Awaiting your reply...

From description it seems that you are suffering from recurrent dislocation of shoulder due to instability of shoulder joint. It occurs due to ligamentous or capsular laxity or due to some bony defect.

I suggest you to get an MRI of shoulder done to see the cause of instability of shoulder.
