What Causes Rashes On Lower Back Of Infant?

Question: During a diaper change I notice three rashes on my son 1 on the lower back 2 on the hip. I know my son has eczema but nothing like this has ever happened?! I am thinking it might've a food allergy possibly from the fish I applied hydrocortisone 2.5 and gave him Benadryl 5ml, is there anything else I need to do for him. He is 2.5, 31lbs current known allergies are nuts eggs and milk
