Brief Answer:
Contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your images, it appears to be contact dermatitis. If there is frequent skin contact especially in regions like the inner thighs due to obesity , friction/rubbing of skin surfaces then it can lead to dryness, skin irritation and breaking/ sloughing off more frequently. The images show whitish scaling which shows excessively dry surfaces. Moisturizers, emollients, topical antibiotics and corticosteroids, Oral course of antibiotics like amoxicillin clavulanate and anti histamines would also be required for treatment in consult with your doctor. Try to keep the area dry by using kaolin or zinc oxide topical powder which is available OTC.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
