Question: i went to doctor for bladder infection she gave me rx and after i started taking it i developed a rash on buttocks and near rectum

from the description provided we can think of few possibilities like drug rash
(as it started after intake of medicines), fungal infection(tinea corporis/ring worm), xerosis or eczema.
These lesions can be easily identified by examining them. For the same, please upload good resolution image of affected area. A drug rash would respond to steroid and emollients. Also the culprit drug needs to be stopped. Eczema or xerosis too would require same treatment. Tinea needs oral and topical antifungal medicines.
