What Causes Rash On Scrotum And Shaft Of Penis?
Question: Hi,
I have a rash on the top of my scrotum that was gone up the shaft of my penis. It is a little itchy at times. But most times it does not bother me, but then it will itch and make me feel uncomfortable. It started about 3 weeks ago. It is not raised very high. It's red-ish. Some discoloring. I do not think it is an STD. I have no other issues going on. I am sexually active.
