Brief Answer:
Generalised allergic reaction, try to find cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures.
You surely seem to have developed a generalised allergic skin reaction.
Such a skin sensitivity can occur due to any viral illness like sore throat or abdominal infections. It can also occur due to intake of any antibiotics or pain killers. Even application of any irritant soaps or oil over the body can lead to such reactions.
Although it is important to reach an exact cause, which you can try to recall, but at the same time you should start with medicines right away so as to prevent its further spread.
Take tablet levocetrizine once a day or you can take anything like benadryl in the adult dosage.
Apply calamine lotion over the body twice a day.
Try to find out the exact cause so that the irritant can be avoided.
Do not apply any body oils or things like dettol over body.
Exposure to excess heat can surely prolong healing time in such allergic reactions but since your job requires it, so nothing much can be done about it.

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Non contagious

Detailed Answer:
Hi all

Such allergic reactions are not contagious. So you not worry about transmitting it to others.
But since it is a generalised allergic skin reaction, It is better to see a local doctor soon for confirmation of the diagnosis and treatment.
