Brief Answer:
Scrotal region eczema, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen the attached picture . You seem to be developing recurrent scrotal eczema.
You need to mix and apply cortisone cream and canestan cream over the affected areas twice a day . In addition, you can take some oral antihistamine tablet like claritin once a day or benadryl in the adult dosage .
Avoid application of any other creams or oils over it .
Wear cotton undergarments .
Avoid itching or scratching .

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Scrotal eczema, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Eczema is basically an allergic reaction over the skin which tends to become chronic.
It is a very common skin condition and is also easy to treat.
A simple treatment as advised should help.
Take care to avoid application of any irritants over the area. Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
Avoid scratching the area as much as possible . Wear cotton undergarments .
Excessive sweating and friction due to clothes are some causes of development of such an eczema over scrotal region but it tends to heal soon.

Symptoms of fungal infection penile region

Detailed Answer:
Hi

There is a possibility that one might be having an infection over the penile region as well.
Fungal infection of the glans penis can appear as red or whitish small lesions which can be associated with whitish discharge and discomfort in the form of itching or slight pain. Also there can be development of small cuts in the foreskin.
In case you have any of the above symptoms, you can apply canestan cream over the glans penis as well.

Brief Answer:
Does not look like fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
H again

No, the kind of skin redness you develop is basically transient in nature. It can be attributed to the local increased blood supply or due to rough handling .
Such a skin rednes is not due to any infection.
The redness due to fungal infections is persistent and is associated with pain or itching.
