Hello

Your finding suggests raised triglyceride and LDL level.It is important to know cholesterol level.
HDL is considered as good fat and it is normal.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,renal function test,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.

You may need to take medicines like combination tablet of atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate 160 mg single dose at night.It will control elevated lipids in blood.
I also suggest diet and life style modification with these findings.

You should avoid alcohol if you take it.
