What Causes Raised Red Dots On Penis Head?

default
Posted on Tue, 8 Jul 2014
Question: hi, I had a "hand job" last night and noticed about 2 hours afterwards some small red dots on my penis head and 2 small slightly raised areas. From what ive read these may be burst capillaries and will go away?
im somewhat freaking out as I obviously don't want a std. The female used lotion but I think may have touched herself some before rubbing me. I immediately showered afterwards and washed off the penis head several times then noticed these red dots a few hours afterwards. We didn't do anything else other then that. No kissing, no contact with each other of any type. I also briefly sucked on her tits. Please advise if I should be concerned about these dots or if any of these activities described are considered high risk.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Hydrocortisone and mupirocin cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin condition.
From the history and description, I think you have developed either contact irritant dermatitis due to use of lotion or the microtrauma due to the friction could have caused these lesions.
Anyways, this doesnot seem to be STD, as they dont happen immediately but still to be on safer side I would recommend tests like VDRL, HIV antibody test, HSV Ig G and Ig M antibodies.
As for the lesions just apply hydrocortisone cream mixed with antibiotic like mupirocin/ neosporin twice a day for few days.
Take antihistaminics as required if itching is there.
I am sure you will be fine soon with the treatment advised.
Take care

Thank-you for the response. Just a few more questions , is there any potential risks by having her breast in my mouth briefly? Also, I'm not certain if she had touched herself after putting the lotion on me prior to rubbing me. Is that also considered a low risk issue as well? I had previously heard there needs to be a significant amount of fluids involved to have a potential issue, which would not be the case here. I was stupid for letting her touch me that way and just freaking out about it some now. She did tell me that she was clean and gets tested regularly when I asked . Aside from her hand there was no sexual contact between us. Thank-you.
