Brief Answer:
keep clean and cool. silver sulfadiazeine cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.
The blisters may be due to friction or sun exposure or due to burnt injury..
For now just pour cold water on it without rubbing or bursting the blister.Keep the area clean and cool. You can use sterile gauze soaken with cold water to keep it cool.

You should take
1.Tetanus toxoid injection if not immunized.
2. Apply silver sulfadiazeine cream over burnt area after cleaning with povidine iodine. This will prevent and heal any infection.
3. If painful take NSAID like aceclofenac or Ibuprofen. These will help you.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.
Regards
