Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Pulsating pain could be due to abscess, you could be devoloping a breast abscess.
Do you have any chills or fever?or any discharge from the nipples?Any discolouration of the skin over the breast?
Please get an ultrasound scan of the breast done.
Even if you don't have fever the pulsating sensation could just be the onset of the abscess.
Please get an Ultrasound scan done.
Hope this helps
Best wishes
