Brief Answer:
Steroid facies

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Long term steroidal use leads to puffiness of face known as cushingoid facies. There is no treatment for it and it settles down only in some individuals after stopping the drug and in the rest it tends to remain. If you are of normal weight then there is nothing more you can do to reduce the puffiness. Some of my patients have approached plastic surgery and it has been successful. Others have chosen not to undergo any form of intervention

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
