Brief Answer:
Both cancers do not appear below 40.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

We can say that any cancer is rare in the age below 40. It applies to bladder cancer and prostate cancer.
Bladder cancer is a very rare cancer comprising 3% of all cancers. That is really not much. In the age below 40 it would be extremely extremely rare case. Most common age of this cancer is 70 and older. Smoking is a strong factor of this cancer.
Prostate cancer almost never appears below 40. This cancer is strongly associated with age. It rarely appears below 55. And we can say longer we live, more possible prostate cancer is.
Over 80, the risk of prostate cancer can be even 90%. But usually it remains hidden and does not cause death or symptoms.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Yes, this is for sure.

Detailed Answer:
Yes its for sure. Everything can happen at any age. But this is like considering that you will die in a plane crash. Its really hardly possible and you don not think about it every day. Same is with this cancers at such young age. Both are possible but it would be kind of phenomenon. So I suggest you to do not thing about cancers. Its really to early.
