Brief Answer:
may be pelvic prolapse

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This may be a prolapse of one of the pelvic structures. This would normally include one of the following: the uterus, bladder, bowel or vagina

Since you had a hysterectomy then the options would be the bladder, bowel

Bladder prolapse is the most common, this is called a cystocele. It is not life threatening but can be uncomfortable and affect your quality of life.

Prolapse occurs due to weakening of pelvic muscles and ligaments.

This would be diagnosed by your doctor performing a pelvic examination.

The treatment consists mainly of pelvic floor strengthening exercises, weight loss of any excess weight.
In some women additional treatment may be needed in the form of the insertion of a device called a pessary or surgery may be needed.

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
