Brief Answer:
There is a need for careful cardiovascular evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

The mentioned complaints can be related to heart problems, especially chest tightness, which can be observed in heart attack or angina. But those symptoms can be caused by other problems as well, not related to heart issues. So your husband needs a careful cardiovascular evaluation.
At first there is a need for an ECG, if the symptoms lasted longer than 15 min, it will be better to check cardiac enzymes even if ECG is normal.
In case ECG and enzymes come back normal, I would go for echocardiography and stress test to be sure that the heart function is normal and there is no artery blockage.

Hope I could help you

Wishing a good health to your husband
