Question: Profuse sweating after consuming alcohol,chocolate,coffee and sometimes nausea after greasy foods. What could be the problem also have acid reflux.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

If you sweat profusely after consuming these products, then they most likely cause excitation and raises the body's metabolism rate. This may be the reason why you would notice an increase in body temperature which would be accompanied by anxiety, restlessness, sweating, fast heart rates, etc. Alcohol, chocolate, coffee, etc are all stimulants. They are known to cause these. These symptoms are not suggestive of acid reflux and more so in the absence of pain.

I will suggest you cut down significantly on the consumption of these stimulants for now and see whether your symptoms would get better or not. Then, report the progress to me and from there we would be making further analysis and recommendations on what exactly we should be doing at this time.
