may be related to bloating

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fullness that you experience may be related to bloating. Bloating is associated with an feeling of fullness or tightness in the abdomen. In some persons the bloating or tightness is generalised, in others it may not be.

Caffeine is one of the more common causes of bloating. This sensation can also be caused by many different starches such as corn.

There are other foods that can cause problems in some persons, eg- turnips, cabbage, brussel sprouts, carbonated drinks, beans, fried or fatty foods.

This symptom can sometimes occur with other reflux symptoms (it is one of the reflux symptoms as well ). Acid or other abnormal tastes in the mouth.

The treatment would be either to reduce the use of triggers (caffeine or corn) or to use medication to help decrease the response.
The most commonly used medications are protonix, prilosec, prevacid, nexium.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
