Brief Answer:
Everything is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about early periods.

It is normal for periods to start 2 to 4 days early and is normal.

It is also normal to have spotting followed by full periods. This is normal.

Pressure in vagina is not associated with the periods you described. It is temporary pressure due to force used during sex.

For now I will consider everything normal. Nothing to worry about. If you develop any other symptoms please let me know.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Hormonal variation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Swelling in leg, pelvic pain and bloating are due to hormonal variation.

These changes occur due to excess progesterone hormone which generally becomes alright soon within a week.

This is nothing serious and nothing to worry about.
