Brief Answer:
Get internal examination done by obstetrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
Do you have increased vaginal discharge too?
There are three possibilities in your case for this feeling.
1.     The fetus has descended down in the pelvis and that is causing pressure in the vagina. If this feeling persists/ increases in severity you need to get an internal examination done by obstetrician to be evaluated for the possibility of preterm labour.
2.     Pregnancy hormones cause laxity of ligaments in the pelvis. This can cause the feeling of pressure in some and this is normal.
3.     Rarely vaginal infection can cause this weird feeling. But in that case you would also have discharge, itching etc. Since you do not have these symptoms this cause is ruled out in your case.
I hope this helps. If you have any further queries, do contact me through Healthcare Magic.

Brief Answer:
Get internal examination done by obstetrician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Good. If there is no discharge it means that there is no infection.
I advise you to get examined by obstetrician to be evaluated for the possibility of threatened preterm labour.
If the examination is normal, then there are no serious concerns. It could just be due to lax ligaments. Take paracetamol 500mg thrice daily for 2 days and see. It may help.
Are you working? What is your job? Does it demand you to be on your feet for long time daily. I advise you to take rest (relax in your bed) for two hours in the afternoon daily.
I hope this helps.
If you have any further queries, do write to me through Healthcare Magic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I did not want you to be on your feet for long hours. So I asked that question.
Did you visit your doctor?
Bed rest does not mean you should continuously be lying on the bed. This is not good for you. Just take good rest ( physical and mental) at home.
Bye. Take care.
