Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

I have gone through your medical history and understood your concerns.

The presence of orange, fishy smelling mucus from rectum short time after bowel movement is indicative for:
- bowel infection
- anal incontinence
- using fish supplement

I advise to run analysis of the stool to rule out bowel infection first:
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- culture of stool for pathogenic bacteria/candida

If everything is ok, then, can run tests to rule out anal incontinence. If still everything will be ok, then, it is related to using fish supplementation. You can stop taking fish oil supplement for at least 2 weeks to observe changes.

Hope it was of help!
