Brief Answer:
There are few reasons for failed pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
There are few reasons for failed pregnancy and sometimes there is no cause of it( unknown cause).
Most common cause is unhealthy sperm attached to ovum( though sperm test is normal) so deformed zygote formed and pregnancy failed.
Chromosomal abnormalities are other reasons.
Rh factor,ABO blood incompatiblity and infection is other causes.
In your case I need more information about your symptoms so maybe I am able to give you a better opinion.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Salpingitis is the most common cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
The most common cause of recurrent ectopic and miscarriage is salpingitis.
Ectopic pregnancy could be due to defective motility of sperm and defective tubal motility.
Other causes of early abortion could be due chromosomal abnormalities.
Uterine abnormalities may also cause ectopic pregnancy and cause of miscarriage.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
The chances of recurrence is 7-15%.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
The chances of recurrence of ectopic pregnancy are 7-15%.
The recurrence occur due to adhesion and scarring of tissue.
You can not prevent ectopic pregnancy but precautions you can take like avoid STD by using condom, quit smoking.
Yes there is a chance of tubular blockage which was missed previously.
To prevent ectopic pregnancy you should get your hsg testing to see the tubular pathology.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

STD and smoking can be safely reomoved from possible reasons.

Hcg was done for tubes and it seems fine.
Semen teat was so done and it was so fine.

Now we left with abrasion or scar of tubes.
Or any remotely possible sperm issue not detectable in reports.

Or

Can there be any test to determine functional defect of tubes excluding Hsg.

There a baby with ceserian previously.

Any possoble suggesstion to improve above issues.
I am most doubtful about some functional issues with tubes which not detected till now

Any remotely possible functional issues with tubes.
Can some medication be given for any issues that can be imagined but not detected.
Can hsg determine tubular motility and uterline abnormality.

Are both of these curable?

Brief Answer:
No it will not determined.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Tubal motility can not be exactly determined by HSG.

One of the risk factor is previous h/o cesarean section.
Other causes could be due to use of fertility medicine, progesterone contraceptive pills, any previous infection or some unknown cause.

Uterine pathology determined by hysteroscopy.
Sometimes cause of ectopic pregnancy is unknown also.

So do not take so much stress and try after 6 months and took Folic acid tablet preconception.

Hope you found the answer useful, feel free to ask more information.

Good luck.

it is 3rd ectopic in last 4-5 years.
it took some time to detect 1st one. surgeey was done but tube was saved.

the 2nd one happened because one of the tube was blocked. it was then opened with medicines. ecoptic was dissolved with medicine

now 3rd one happened, when tubes were open and semen report was also ok. b Hcg is 50 now. medicines was given to dissolve it. it was detected on day 1.

what are the chances that tubes might block this time.

does sperm injection by doctor lessen chances of ecoptic.

please suggest future course of action.

Brief Answer:
Yes,the chances of tube blockadge is more.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long long delay in my response.
If you had ectopic pregnancy third time, there is blockadge of tube is more.
In recurrent ectopic pregnancy there is some pathology in tube like infection, decreased motility, cilia damage and blockage is there.
In your case as ectopic pregnancy is detected early and treatment given and tubes are safe and healthy, it is better to go for artificial method of conception like IUI and IVF to avoid ectopic pregnancy.
So in my opinion you have to consult your treating physician for IVF,IUI or if you are not interested get again your hsg and semen analysis of husband to rule out the cause.
Hope it is some of your use.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Diagnostic laproscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for my delay.
In your case as your hsg testing was normal and ectopic pregnancy occur third time.
It is better for you to go for diagnostic laproscopy to determine the pathology in tube and uterus.
Laproscopy can see the adhesion and endometriosis which can not be visualize in hsg and cause of infertility due to tubular blockadge.
The other old test rubin test, fluroscopy( tuboscopy).
So get your STD panel and laproscopy and share your results with me.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
