Brief Answer:
Melasma ,need to start treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures .
You surely have melasma over the face .
You need to start treatment for the same soon to stop its further progress.
Start application of kojic acid cream over the affected areas of the face twice daily .
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly.
Take oral vitamin c tablets once daily for one month .
Eat lots of citrus fruits and fresh salads .
Continue the above treatment for atleast six weeks .
Once you stop lactation, you can see s nearby dermatologist and discuss regarding the need for chemical peels or dermabrasion for rapid recovery .

Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Need to apply medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Yes I can understand that sleep deprivation is common at this phase of life .
Try applying the medicine atleast two times daily ,after bath in the morning and at night ,before sleeping.
After applying the medicine ,apply a sunscreen after a gap of atleast half an hour .

Brief Answer:
You can follow either prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Both the prescriptions ar practically the same and include a lightening agent along with a sunscreen .
You can follow either of these but make sure you follow the medicines under medical supervision .
So it is always better that you stay in continous touch with your local treating doctor .
