Question: Well. I see that there are a lot of otc nostrums for dry eye=== but nothing for tearing or wet eye fix. Wha can I do to eliminate my constant teariing ?? XXXXXXX XXXX,

Constant watery eyes can be due to many reasons like, allergies, infection, blocked nasal duct .
There is no treatment to provide symptomatic relief, you can wipe them with damp towel/tissues.

Try to Correlate if any particular thing triggers the excessive watering like exposure to dust, or any particular perfume or cosmetic and avoid it .

Please consult an ophthalmologist to see if your gland is swollen or blocked as it may require surgical correction.

There are no drops to stop the tears.
