What Causes Persistent Pain In The Penis?

default
Posted on Thu, 20 Apr 2017
Question: I have pain on the underneath of my penis that started about 2 weeks ago. Looks like a ear. Seems to be just as bad now if not worse even after abstaining the last few days and seems there are some other small tears next to it. Also red marks all around the head. Not sure what this is or what to do

Brief Answer:
Looks like herpes in my opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!!!

I have seen the pictures you have sent and the year at the bottom part of the penis looks like an ulcer. Ulcers are more often than not due to herpes infection. You may need to see your local Urologist to get a prescription for valacyclovir.

You need to wash it with mild soap and water and make sure you wash your hands adequately every time you touch it to decrease contamination and infection of other person's.

It would not go away unless you drink the anti viral as mentioned above.
