What Causes Persistent Pain In The Arm?

Question: My right upper outer arm feels warmer than my other arm, a significant difference, and has a red area. It doesn't hurt. What could it be?

The redness and warmth is suggestive of inflammation or infection in the area. in case the area of redness increases and becomes tender to touch then do consult a physician for a proper examination and prescription medicines.
Till then start taking mild anti inflammatory like ibuprofen and see if it helps.
