Question: I have continual pain in my lower neck behind my right ear. This pain has persisted for 3 months or more. Generally more acute in the morning.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The neck pain may be due to cervical spondylosis.
You need to get imaging of cervical spine either xray or mri.
Pain killers like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside can be taken.
Physiotherapy should be done under guidance.
