Brief Answer:
Needs more information

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The symptoms of the query are possible in many conditions. It could be a hepatic or pancreatic condition. Here, the movement of the diaphragm (a muscle that helps you breathe) while breathing is causing the pain.

Another possibility is a calculi of the gall bladder. This is infrequently known to cause your type of pain. Usually it is a constant pain that specifically increases upon eating.

A third possibility is a spinal problem. The movement of the diaphragm again leads to this.

A cardiac condition cannot be ruled out unless you have pain below the umbilical level.

Sometimes a respiratory problem like pleural effusion causes the similar pain.

As you see, the symptoms are not specific. I request you to tell me more about the symptoms if possible. Meanwhile test with an X-ray of the chest, ultrasound of the abdomen, ECG, amylase lipase.

Let us know the information and reports as soon as possible.

Best of luck.
