Brief Answer:
These are known side effects of Mycophenolate Mofetil (Cellcept)

Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone Renal Transplant very recently and have been prescribed Immuno Suppresant medication Mycophenote mofetil and now getting loose motions
.
Diarrhea and vomiting are the It is the known side effect of this medication .

There is no harm in stopping this drug for a while and start with 500mg along with steroids and gradually increase it to 1 gm daily. .

Taking H2 receptor antagonist (Pantaprazole ) and Loperamide will help to reduce frequency of loose motions .

Take soft diet with curd and rice .

It is very common side of this drug but one gradually gets accustomed .

Brief Answer:
You have to take medications under supervision of your Physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

You have to take these medications twice daily and adjust the dose depending upon the response and under supervision of your physician .

Septran does not cause loose motions .Loose motions are basically due to side effect of Mycophenolate Mofetil .
