Question: I am a 70 year old female. On occasion I get a light headed feeling, last Sunday while I was eating dinner I had to hold onto the table because I was getting dizzy and feeling faint. I had had breakfast in the am and this was about 6. I had only had a little popcorn around 1pm. I get this feeling on occasion. I also get very warm very easy.
