What Causes Persistent Fever With White Vaginal Discharge?

Question: Dear sir my wife she is only 22 year old having low grade fever 99.3 is the highest temperature since last six month and having sevior vaginal white discharge(water type) so please suggest me the treatment

1) Such fever for a long time of six months is commonly seen in women with tuberculosis ( TB ). EVen aginal discharge with fever is a symptom of TB.

2) I suggest you visit a physician in your city and get Montoux test for TB done.

3) This test will help us to determine if she has TB and start 6 month course of drugs.

WE HAVE ALREADY DONE THE Montoux test ITS COME NAGETIVE
we have done the montoux test its come nagetive ESR IS -5 so please suggest me the treatment
