Question: I have a periodic sharp pain in my right testicle...Usually starts after intercourse...I am taking Viagra...

There are certain muscles and tubular structures in testicles which are congested when you are excited and when you ejaculate they contract real hard they may pain due to that.

If the pain is periodic and mostly related to excited state or happens during or after ejaculation then you dont have to worry but if the pain frequency is increasing and intesnsity too..then you have to get concerned otherwise it is normal.
