Question: just discovered a pea sized lump in the scrotal sac..it has a small dark head like a pimple.shiold i see a doctor..there is no pain.thanks

Most resolve spontaneously and require no further attention. I suggest you monitor for now. This should resolve within a week and if it doesn't, then let me know.
