Brief Answer:
Suggest holter and thyroids

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of palpitations. In ideal circumstances ,I would suggest a Holter monitoring. A ekg Is not sufficient for the diagnosis of arrhythmia.

I think you should have the test done as soon as possible. I would also suggest that you test with a thyroid test.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us with the reports for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
possible gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your response.

The symptoms of the stomach pain without loosestools could indicate severe gastritis. I have already stated that the gastritis is a possibility. The presence of h pylori is a factor in favour of the gastritis.

Left limb pain would need a further evaluation. I will need more information about the symptom- do you have backache, is it radiating above downwards, Is there tingling numbness. I would suggest a orthopedic opinion for it as soon as possible. It does not seem to be related to the abdominal pain or palpitations.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Brief Answer:
Possible cardiac lesion or a cervical spondylitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the response.

The symptoms are suggestive of a possible cardiac lesion or a cervical spondylitis. A X ray of the neck may help you.

I think the dose of lansoprazole needs to be increased. Besides, I think the antibiotics should be taken subsequent to lansoprazole.

I think I would agree with you that you are too young to have cardiac condition. However, I think you should be aware that the youngest patient who had a cardiac condition was 15 years of age. And many congenital cardiac condition are known.

However, since your tests are normal, I think you should not worry about the cardiac condition.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
