Brief Answer:
Would like to know some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to answer your query.

I would like to know a little more information.
Do you feel breathless?
Chestpain? If yes how does it subside?
Since when do have these symptoms from?
Have got your lipids, sugars, blood pressures test?
May I ask you if you drink/smoke?
Any history of drugs/medications?

I were to do an ECG or if possible a Tread Mill test (TMT) so that it helps me to rule out rhythm disturbances.

Awaiting your reply.

Brief Answer:
Advil shall relieve chest discomfort/muscle strain

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for writing me back.

I feel you are perfectly normal and nothing to panic.According to me the discomfort in the chest is due to the muscle spasm/strain.I were to advise Tab.Advil twice daily after food for 5 days. This is available over the counter. It relieves your chest discomfort.

Usually the heart rate goes high(tachycardia) during exercise to supply adequate blood to the increase demand by the body which takes sometime to restore to normal rate.Nothing to worry.

Hope this answers your query.
