What Causes Palm Itching?
Question: I have an irritation on the palms of both my hands. They are small bump like and itchy. They are on my fingers as well.

Hand eczema and its management
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you seem to be having hand eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream containing white soft paraffin on the entire hands 3-4 times in a day.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
In case the condition doesn't improve in 4-5 days take a short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 10 mg once daily for 7-10 days,
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this avoid soap and detergents, keep your hands moisturisec and stay away from chemicals.
