Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

A very pale color inside the lower eyelid can indicate the presence of anemia. If you have noticed a significant change in the coloration of your lower eyelid then it would be reasonable to discuss this with your primary care physician.

your doctor can perform a simple blood test to evaluate for anemia. Your doctor will also want to know if you have had any symptoms of ongoing bleeding or blood loss.this would include any notice of blood in the urine or stool, black or tarry stool.

if you have noticed any increase in generalized fatigue and this is also another reason to check in with your doctor for evaluation as soon as possible.

Thank you again for sending your question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
