Brief Answer:
trial of antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Did your doctor do a complete examination of your genitalia? How about a urine culture and test for chlamydia? Are you sexually active? how about urethral discharge?

My consideration is still urine infection or infection in the urethra. if no culture has been done yet then a culture should be done. I would also recommend a trial of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin.

In the meantime drink plenty of water and analgesics to help you with the pain and inflammation.

Hello,

Yes had all tests of all sexual diseases and all negative /
also tested for urine infection and all negative /

i am currently taking ciprofloxacin becuase doctor gave me before results came back so I have continued as GP said maybe infection , and thinks could be some sort of stones thats why pain was so bad 3 days ago when at worse/

Im still in pain but prob 6/10 now where on sunday gone was 10/10 /

I cant get errection as so painfull / pain is sort of on rear of my shaft towards to top but not really on the head itself/

Do you think will get better by flushing out whatever there and would stone inection like kidney stones cause my penis to be very painfull when errecting ?

And i have no real pain in stomach but have had bad lower back for last 3 months and had 1 severe attack on stomach like cramp which was about 3 weeks ago.

I have not been hit on the penis area in anyway either so cant imagine my penis has been disturbed itself ?

Please tell me all your thaughts and advice as i am a chronic headaceh sufferer of 5 years and cant deal with anything else.?

Kind Regards
XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Fluids and Vitamin C.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you very much for your follow-up question.

It is always a good sign if the pain is decreasing and not getting worse. It is unlikely that there is still stone in your urethra because it should have caused blood in the urine. My best guess is that your urethra has been inflammed and is now slowly getting better. In four weeks it should be back to normal and your urination and erection shouldn't be painful anymore.

If the pain still persists in a few weeks I would recommend getting a CT SCAN of the whole abdomen with emphasis on the pelvic area and genitals to check for any stones or abnormalities. Stones can be easily seen in the CT Scan 90% of the time.

Drink plenty of fluids (1.5-2L/24h) and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) would always do good to heal your body heal faster.

Thankyou for reply,

But is their anything would of caused inflamation as i havnt done anything abnormal to my penis ?

Because i dont want this happen again?

Would the scan see inflamation too?

And if i did have stones the would my penis still be sore when not urnating an when errecting ?

So should i take sign of when i can urinate smoothly again then it be okay to errect?

Brief Answer:
Pls see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Infection or anything that can cause inflammation will cause the pain on urination and erection. Stone passage is also a common cause of inflammation in the urethra and penis.

Yes if there is inflammation then the ct scan would be able to see if there is physically wrong in the penile area. Yes and if you were able to pass out a stone then the pain and inflammation due to the passage of stone would still be there and would slowly go away as healing occurs.

Yes if your urination is no longer painful then it would mean that your erection will also not be painful because it had completely recovered and is no longer inflamed.

Brief Answer:
NSAIDs would be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Anti inflammatories will hasten the recovery and decrease the swelling. Any NSAIDs would do like mefenamic acid or celecoxib would decrease the inflammation and decrease the pain. Most patients would shy away with pain medications and would just bear the pain little did they know that the pain relievers are actually potent anti-inflammation drugs and were actually helping with the healing process.

Plenty of fluids and ascorbic acid(vitamin C) would also help the body heal faster. sexual abstinence would also be helpful to allow the body to rest and heal first.
