Brief Answer:
Vitamin D and calcium deficiency may be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The most likely reason could be deficiency of vitamin D and calcium leading to bone weakness (osteopenia). This may be confirmed by blood work for vitamin D and calcium.
I hope your kidney function test like serum creatinine is normal?

Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer further query.
Take care
