Brief Answer:
Hypocalcemia may be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Hope this message finds you in good health.

Thank you for posting the query.

It seems that you have calcium deficiency that results in a condition called hypocalcemic tetany. It is characterised by frequent episodes of tightness of muscles with or without cramps.

The best way to get yourself diagnosed is by getting blood calcium levels checked.
If the levels are below normal then taking calcium and vitamin D3 tablets can help you reduce the symptoms.

Other possibility is of Carnitine deficiency. Carnitine is essential for smooth contraction of muscles.,and its deficiency results in muscle tightness.

L- carnitine tablets taken daily for 15 days will help reduce the tightness of muscles significantly.

I hope this answer was useful.

Kind regards.
