What Causes Painful Joints Throughout Body And Swollen Left Palm?
Question: Hi Sir,
My mother aged 58 is suffering from below symptoms for last 3 months.
# Finger joints are extremely painful and not able to close her palm completely. Her left Palm is swollen also.
# All the joints in rest of the body are aching specially in Neck, hand and legs.
She is currently continuing treatment under homeopathy medications. But since condition is not improving so need your suggestion. Attached is her blood sample report which we took for Arthritics related testing after suggestion from a local doctor here. Please analyse this report and suggest us about particulars of the disease and which specialization doctor should we consult?

Raised CRP level with multiple joint pain suggest active [recent] inflammatory arthritis.
Possibility of rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing sodalities can be considered.
When such patients come to our hospital I advise them blood test like, ACCP, ESR, and HLA B27.
Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, does she have such complain?
Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased does she have such stiffness in spine?
A treatment regimen for Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis involves medication, exercise, good posture practices, and other treatment options such as applying heat/cold to help relax muscles and reduce joint pain.
