Question: HELLO. i'M GETTING BIG, PAINFUL CYST ON MY GROIN AREA. THEY FILL, DRAIN BLOOD AT THE BEGINNING AND THEN CLEAR LIQUID. A FEW WEEKS LATER THEY FILL BACK UP AND THE CYCLE RETURNS.

It looks like a Lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like a Inguinal lymph node. Ultrasound of the affected area will give a Clue.
Instead of aspirating repeatedly ,I prefer to remove the entire swelling under Anaesthesia and send it for histopathological examination( Biopsy ) .
Further treatment depends on the Biopsy report.
Please consult a General surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
