Question: I HAVE SEVERAL BUMPS OR ZIT LIKE BUMPS IN UNDERARM AREA, THEY ARE SOMEWHAT PAINFULL, BUT LOOK LIKE THEY CAN BE DRAINED.

This is an excellent question. I can understand that this is a bothersome and uncomfortable issue for you. It sounds like you might have hidradenitis suppertiva.

sometimes we use topical medications and antibiotics to help alleviate the symptoms.

If the symptoms become more bothersome and significant you might visit with the surgeon who can possibly provide some local therapy and possibly some type of surgical management.
