Brief Answer:
Hello needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Well she needs to be evaluated by doing stool examination for three consecutive days to look for any infection like Amebiasis giardiasis or and other infection or inflammation in colon.
Depending on what stool examination report suggest may need to be treated for same if blood is positive in stools then may need to undergo evaluation like colonoscopy to determine the cause.
In addition the pain you are describing of back extending to lower limb could be due to nerve compression in spinal cord called radiculopathy which needs to be evaluated with an mri of spine after examination by a neurology doctor.
Can take mebeverine after consulting your physician to get relief of pain for time being.
Hope this answers your query
Wish her a speedy recovery
Happy to help
