Brief Answer:
Seem to have retention of Urine likely to due to impacted stone in urethra

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query. You have pain while passing urine

I would appreciate if you can highlight following few facts
1) What is your age ?
2) Since how long you have this problem ?
3) Are you able to empty your bladder to certain extent?

Looking at the history of having kidney stone in the past, the problem of pain and passing few drops of urine that you have now could be due to impacted stone in urethra. While olfen helps pain to certain extent it is not the best medicine. This warrants an immediate consult by an Urologist.
I suggest to consult urologist for clinical examination and get your bladder emptied by catheterization and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

Once the diagnosis is established a specific prescription can be given by your doctor. While doing such procedures we put on broad spectrum antibiotics and Nitrofurantoin a urinary antiseptic.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute This will help to control pain during urine.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions.
Thanks and Regards.
