Question: I am a 40 year old male.I have been having pain while urinating. There is also a shooting pain from my penis head to the region near my rectum. My whole groin area feels sore. Urination is preceded by pain and delay in urine passing

I suspect Urinary tract infection in your case. Drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 liters per day.
Take buttermilk a lot
Get a urine routine done. Based on your report you can start an antibiotic.
