What Causes Pain When The Foreskin Retracts?

Question: I am a married woman of age 26 yrs. It's been 3 yrs of marriage and we were not planning. So we had protected sex always. And never had any problems. But now we are planning and are trying to have unprotected sex. But we are unable to. My husband gets pain and his foreskin rises. So he has to withdraw before ejaculation. Earlier too we have done unprotected sex without any problem. But now we are facing this issue since a long time. Can u suggest what should we do?

Thanks for the query to HCM,
The primary issue of foreskin rising and it being painful can be easily treated with adding lubrication or say some petroleum jelly over the penis and then allowing the foreskin to retract backwards and then inserting it inside vagina for an intercourse. Also important is foreplay which can also help you lubricate with enough vaginal fluids and allow less friction and hence less or no pain...
This can be practiced and am sure the problem shall be solved.

Thanks for your reply. Can pregnancy happen if we cut the condom from tip before use during sex? Condom which we use is Latex condom.

Hello,
I don't think that cutting the condom tip would be required because if you intend to conceive then intercourse should be practiced without a condom. If you are using condom as a mean to retract the foreskin, then you may use the method and it is likely to succeed.

Yes we are using this method to retract foreskin. But will this not hinder the chances of conceiving, because m trying to conceive?

hello,
As long as the urethral tip remains uncovered, the ejaculate can be easily directed towards uterus and there should not be hindrance at all. aS YOU PLAN TO CUT THE TIP OF CONDOM, MAKE SURE THAT THE TIP OF URETHRA REMAINS UNCOVERED. Rest intercourse can be performed as usual.
