Question: Fell flat on my back 12 day ago.very painful to sneeze and cough.cannot lie on my left side.pain not bad during day.in morning s pain just like day one. Thank you.

Thanks for posting your query.
The pain on cough and sneezing and in the morning is likely to be due to an acute disc prolapse or a spine injury. A soft tissue injury is less likely. You need absolute bed rest and an MRI scan of the back to find out the extent of injury that you have suffered.
Do not lie on a side, do a cold compress and take a mild pain killer and a muscle relaxant till then. Consulting an orthopedician for a physical examination will help.
