What Causes Pain In Upper Right Side Of Chest?

Question: uper right very severe chest pain shooting in the back. becomes more pain when breathing. general condition very tired.. slight discomfort in lower legs and hips. head prespiration. no sternum or left chest pains howerver.
previous mytro valve prolaps and crone disease. 1 stoke 4 years ago.

This sounds like pulmonary problem, possibly a pulmonary embolus/infarct. this is only a probable diagnosis based on the basis of your symptoms only. I would seriously suggest doing a chest ct scan. If either of the conditions turn up, it could be a medical emergency.

SO please get the ct scan (contrast enhanced) of the chest as soon as possible,
