Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before prescribing medicines do let me know about following symptoms:

. Any pain and stiffness of back of neck in mornings?
. Neck pain radiating to arm or shoulder?
. Tingling numbness in one hand?
. Giddiness on looking upward?
. Have you gone for any examination/ investigation for the same?

Do let me know about these clarifications for better management of disease.

. Take: old brown rice, black gram, garlic, pomegranate XXXXXXX almonds, brinjal, black grapes, oil, tamarind, meat soup, dry heat, swimming (best).

. Avoid: peas,chick pea,green gram, cauliflower,lady finger,bitter gourd, leafy vegetables,jamun,day time sleeping,looking upward,excess physcial exertion, fasting, excess walk.

. Keep your spine straight while sitting/standing
. Avoid forward bending exercises
. Avoid carrying heavy bags and don't lift heavy objects.
. Avoid soft chair/bed
. Do not take pain killers as they cause ulcers.

. Use firm mattress and keep your head at level
. Do not sleep on your stomach: it extendes the neck. (Sleep on your back or sides)
